– drawing up accounts for the APM, annual council meeting and the end of year audit

– the Annual Governance and Accountability Return Card

– variance identification and reporting

– public reporting of audit

– likely External Audit questions

– special reporting requirements for councils with a turn over of less than £25k p.a.
