Women’s Health Festival – 30th April

The Brewhouse Arts Centre in Burton Upon Trent has partner with Support Staffordshire to launch a Women’s Health Festival, a ground-breaking initiative dedicated to tackling health inequalities in our community. This free event, will take place at the Brewhouse on the 30th of April. It will provide a safe and inclusive space for women to engage in vital discussions about their health and wellbeing.

Developed from relationships built within the communities of South East Staffordshire, the festival is the result of dedicated efforts by Gulsoom, Community Development Officer at Support Staffordshire, and a host of partners committed to championing women’s health. The event will bring together six NHS clinical health teams, including Cervical Screening and Breast Screening specialists, to share their expertise and create an environment where women feel empowered to take charge of their health. Alongside expert-led discussions, the festival will feature interactive workshops, panel discussions, and creative sessions designed to educate and inspire positive change.
